Human impact has changed the biome of Chaparral.
With the way humanity goes, the Chaparral is being tossed and turned. The human race has already built roads through the Chaparral areas.Causing pollution to run through the air and cause animals to breathe in the toxic fumes.
Humanity also has started fires, throughout the Chaparral, setting the bush land a light with gas, then throwing a lit match or cigarette into the flammable liquid.
These man made fires, intoxicate the plants and animals that live there. Man-made disasters aren't a natural thing, which put the land in stress which can make other things to go wrong whilst something is happening.
The biome, animals and plants are really only ready for the natural disasters not the humanity disasters.
